The rotomolding process used in the manufacture of Amazon ruggedized cases is ideal for making tough, waterproof products. CP Cases uses a high quality HDPE polymer that thickens at the edges and corners for extra strength and impact resistance.

Amazon ruggedized cases are available in range of standard UV stable colors with optional colors also available. We also offer the option of additives in the polymer to make our cases flame retardant, Infra Red reflective or anti-static.
The extensive choice of stock sizes now includes the two new C-130 Hercules pallet cases designed to nest perfectly on C130 pallets for optimum space utilization.
In addition to our range of standard cases CP Cases offers a complete design and manufacture service to exactly meet a specific need. Three levels of customization are offered:
a) customized internal partitions and cushioning
b) design of an Amazon style case but with non-standard dimensions
c)design of completely novel rotomolded containers for quantities as low as 200.
Amazon cases conform to MIL-STD-810F and are rated to IP65. Our cases are popular for military applications and our standard sized cases can be ordered by NSN numbers.
FEATURES
- Rotomolded from high grade, HDPE polymer for strength and impact absorption. Stable in temperatures from –40°c to +60°c. Corrosion proof and resistant to solvents and acids.
- Available in NATO green, grey, desert sand and black, with other colors available for orders of 25 or more. All colors are UV stabilized and molded right through to retain appearance if scratched.
- Slim but strong lid and walls give more internal space for a given external dimension than any other rotomolded container
- The molded-in Amazon Lip engages positively with the body to eliminate lid displacement when subjected to sideways force (pat. pend.).
- All edges and corners are rounded and beveled for safe and comfortable carrying.
