1. In many cases the addition of protective closed cell foam or bespoke polypropylene partitioning systems can provide the degree of customization required for a standard sized case to give the optimum solution for protection of delicate or expensive equipment. This is feasible for the modification of an individual case.
2. The second level of customization is where the standard Amazon case design is suitable but there is no size to meet the exact requirements of the customer. There are two options available. Rotomolded cases can often be cut and welded to produce the required size. Alternatively we can produce new sizes to the basic Amazon design for as few as 100 pieces using our cost effective tooling capability.
3. The third level of customization is the design of a novel rotomolded container to met the specific needs of OEM customers, where the case becomes an integral part of the OEM product or system.
