CP is always striving to find new innovative ways to manufacture its cases and with our honeycombed polypropylene (HPP) we can manufacture tough flight cases that are much lighter than traditional plywood.
Manufactured using CP Cases’ established construction methods, cases made with 6mm laminated HPP offer exceptional strength with an often vital weight advantage.
T2 Cases are finished with aluminium extrusions and have a waterproof lid/body seal to keep your equipment safe. T2 Cases can be built to order and fitted with foam internals to create a safe lightweight packaging solution.

- 25% lighter in weight than the laminated plywood T2.
- Hard wearing abrasion resistant surface.
- Available in blue, red and black HPP (Astroboard).
- Locking aluminium lid seal reduces parts and fixings, and gives a smooth line to the case.
- Steel-reinforced corners are not only strong, but have pre-pressed stacking feature.
- Specialist foam design service available to provide tailored cushioning in high quality “closed cell” polyethylene foam.
- This product can be custom built to order, even for one-offs, to meet the most exacting design requirements.
